Tabcorp Park Menangle’s meeting this Saturday night is highlighted by the running of the Group Three Kevin Newman Cup. A $2,000 Big6 Jackpot is on offer for TAB customers in NSW with the first leg of the Big6 being race three. As usual HRNSW’s Amanda Rando has passed on her best bets for the meeting.
Amanda was on target last week with her best bet Power Of Red winning comfortably.
This week her best appears in the feature event race seven. Amanda is keen on the chances of Iam Mr Brightside and she expects the five year old to be too good from barrier one. The son of Julius Caesar is set to enjoy a very economical run behind the leader and will only need a clear passage at the top of the straight to prove too strong.
Next best according to Amanda is Paris Pepperall in race five. The mare had been trialling well prior to resuming and has been racing without luck this campaign. She is very talented when right and trainer Jarrod Alchin has a big opinion of her. Paris Pepperall looks well handicapped off only ten metres.
