Last night the Harness Racing fraternity donned the black ties and ball gowns for a classy night of entertainment at the Hyatt Regency in East Perth. The 300 strong crowd enjoyed a performance from Victorian entertainers Jersey to Motown who kick-started the night in fashion equally as fine as the spectators.
Kim Prentice and Bill Horn were awarded Inter Dominion Perth Living Legend status with a special and moving video presentation from Coulter Award winner and legendary Race-caller John hunt.
The band Proof ended the night with a dancefloor filling set.
High profile international guests Heather Vitale and Tim Tetrick were on hand to take in the excitement of Grand Final week and, along with everyone else on the night, couldn’t believe the hype surrounding this year’s series all over town.
