THE two biggest winning bets of the week were placed on the Carnival Of Cups meeting at Armidale on Sunday. Punters rallied around leading Queensland driver Shane Graham as he enjoyed a big day winning three races. The biggest bet of the week was a $4,000 wager on Another Swinger at $1.55 and the Vicki Rasmussen pacer won by over four metres with Fours Enuf Tas in second position.

- $2,000 @ $1.70 Parisian Chic – Menangle March 29A punter placed $300 on The Next Star at $10 at Penrith on Thursday and when Tiarn McElhinney persisted for the inside run and gained it, the mare raced through to score a narrow victory over Mezz Hanover. The punter collected $3,000.

Unfortunately for the punter the filly finished fifth, more than seventeen metres from the winner Bettor Ranger the $1.90 favourite.
