HRSA will today announce that it’s highly respected chairman Mr Chris Hartwig will stand down as chairman of that state’s board and his position on the national body HRA.
Anyone that knows Chris will agree he’s one of the few outstanding people that have contributed to our sport in the most professional, and get on with the job’ type of way, with no need for self-indulgences unlike some administrators in our sport.
Chris will be handing the baton over to the well-known owner, breeder and extremely active board member Mr Gary Crocker. Gary has been attributed with resurrecting the SA Yearly Sales which many believe to be the second most successful of all sales conducted in this country this year.
A warning to all HRA Board Members, Gary is heading your way at the next meeting and will be looking to make significant change in key areas of the sport.
Watch this space.
