He left a pair of three-year-old winners on Friday (July 17) were Stonebridge (1:59.6) at Port Pirie and a ‘new’ winner Mr Handleman, who scored at Forbury Park, Dunedin, New Zealand. Another ‘new’ winner at Ashburton on Sunday (July 19) was the three-year-old gelding Gucci Cavallo.STONEBRIDGE REGAL has been represented by 10 NZ three-year-old winners and eight Australian three-year-old winners this season so far.
JULIUS CAESAR continues to churn out the winners on both sides of the Tasman. Hadrian posted his fourth win at Alexandra Park, Auckland on Friday (July 17), while Sonnetsson won his ninth race at Ashburton on Sunday (July 19) and Mister Hairy Maclary won twice at Newcastle earlier this month. JULIUS CAESAR has left the winners of more than $900,000 in stakes this season.
ANGUS HALL is again among the top bracket on the USA All Aged money-winning list this year with progeny earnings of $2.1-million in 2015. Closer to home, the smart two-year-old filly Missandei, bred and owned in NZ, emerged successful at her first appearance on Australian soil at Maryborough on July 9.
