The HRSA Board wishes to make the following comments in relation to the SAHRC land sale and re-development at Globe Derby Park.
As a lessee of the racing facility and associated infrastructure at Globe Derby Park, the Board was disappointed regarding the lack of information and consultation regarding the process. This included HRSA management not being permitted to attend the Special Meeting of the SAHRC on 28 November 2017.
Therefore as a lessee HRSA will protect its position and use its occupancy rights to work closely with SAHRC to ensure the best outcome is achieved for participants.
