Services to former New Zealand champion Changeover and trotting sire Great Success will go up for auction to aid victims of this week’s horrific bushfires in South Australia.
The special fundraising effort is being co-ordinated by the SA Breeders, Owners, Trainers and Reinspersons Association.
Nevele R Stud has donated a service to Changeover, while well known breeder-owner Michael Taylor has donated a service to Great Success, who stands at Niota Bloodstock, near Shepparton.
Bids for both stallions can be lodged with Botra vice-president Lois Randall on email sabotra@hotmail.com or phone 0402 978 424.
HarnessBred.com has opened the bidding at $2500 for Changeover
Donations of non-perishable goods for fire victims and their livestock can be delivered to the Botra Room at Globe Derby Park between 10am and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday and for the first three races on Saturday night.
