The Inters in Perth commencing next week will certainly have a real international flavour.
Not only is Irish pacer Meadowbranch DJ competing in the series but the West Australian Trotting Association has lured international media personality Heather Vitali who will covering the Inters for her harness Racing Show “Post Time “ aired on television in the USA, the half hour show has been produced and hosted by Heather Vitale since 1998!
Post Time features fun interview, behind-the-scenes action and action on the track.
Joining these international stars will be top USA reinsman Tim Tetrick, who will compete in an international drivers challenge during the series.
Tetrick will not only show his skills in the cart on track but is featuring the Inter-dominion Golf day on December 9.
Tetrick told HarnessBred.com “I am a better beer drinker than golfer so I will be happy to get to the 19th hole.”
He is no stranger to Australia having competed earlier this year at the World Drivers Championship at Menangle were he finished third behind New Zealand wiz kid Dexter Dunn. “I am looking forward to returning down under attending some events and driving on your tracks once again” he added.
The Inters series starts Friday November 27.
