A trot to Tabcorp Park Melton on Friday promises punters twice the horsepower.
In addition to the Group 1 V. L. Dullard Trotters Cup, Friday night will also offer a Horses v Horsepower theme, courtesy of the Form Customline, Mainline and Rod Club of Victoria.
The club’s members will park their beloved vehicles on the grassed area in front of the track, part of a joint venture between the venue and car club.
With car club members showing their style from 6pm it promises to be a cracking night, with Arboe and Keystone Del confirming for the showcase among a 10-race card.
In addition to the trotters en route to March’s Great Southern Star, the night will also showcase the Youthful Stakes for two-year-old colts and geldings.
