Furthering our commitment to promoting the industry and its premier events, Harness Racing SA has secured the services of two of the nation’s premier media representatives for next month’s Ubet SA Pacing Cup meeting.
To ensure the January 7 extravaganza receives as much publicity as possible, multiple award winning photographer Jodie Hallows will be in attendance to supply images to various media outlets. Perth based Hallows has won the last 2 Joseph Coulter “Best published Action or Still photographs”awards.
Hallows is acknowledged as Australia’s premier harness racing photographer with her snapshots of carnivals such as the Inter Dominion gaining coverage in a host of media avenues in both Australia and New Zealand.
To complement Hallows’ photos, multi award winning Victorian based journalist Paul Courts will produce articles throughout the night, which will also be distributed to newspapers and websites to increase the attention of our wonderful local product.
Paul Courts has won numerous awards over the last 14 years including Joseph Coulter Media Awards (literary) in 2013, 2014 & 2016, which was titled “Trainers devastated by SA blaze”.
Courts has also won Graham Goffin best feature awards along with numerous HRV awards for the outstanding coverage of harness racing.
In the lead-up to the state’s night of nights, Courts will also publish regular news and feature articles on www.harnessnews.com.au
Harness Racing SA’s board has a strong commitment to increase the public awareness of our product, with strong media relationships playing an integral role within our agenda.
