Chris Svanosio unveiled a promising unraced three-year-old at Saturday’s Melton trials that has put a big watch on the gelding by Trixton out of Justa Phoenix.
Arcee Phoenix stepped out in Melton’s third trial on May 15, when “he took a trail at the 1700m before ending up being three back on the markers”.
The trotter then “stormed home late for an eye-catching third” behind Revelstroke and Hallabouttime, earning a place as one of only two addition to the Blackbook this week.
