3THREE $2,000 bets with TAB were successful over the weekend.  The first of them was placed at Bankstown last Friday night in the Sydney Cup.  One punter placed the bet on Tact Tate at a price of $1.50 and when the four-year-old won, the punter made a $1,000 profit.

The Shane Tritton trained Sudden Change was heavily backed to win on Tuesday afternoon at Tabcorp Park Menangle.  TAB took one bet of $950 at the odds of $4.60 and when Sudden Change won, the punter got a return of $4,370.

Somelovesomewhere has been very costly to punters in recent starts and again cost one punter a lot of money when she was beaten at Coolamon on Anzac Day.  The punter placed a bet of $4,000 on the mare but she was beaten into second place by Keys Tothe Village.

There was one punter who was keen to back King Kong Cooma at Menangle on Tuesday afternoon.  A bet of $400 at the odds of $26.00 was placed but the trotter never looked likely and finished sixth beaten 30 metres.  The favourite Top Monarch proved too strong.
