Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) was this week saddened to learn of the passing of Mr Brian Collis.
Mr Collis was the original Chairman of the HRV RAD Board when it commenced in March 2010.
In March 2017 he became Deputy Chairman before retiring from that role at the end of that year.
Mr Collis had a long and distinguished career in the harness racing industry.
HRV extends its sincere condolences to Mr Collis’s family.
