Harness Racing SA is pleased to announce that Mr Graham Loch has been appointed to the role of Acting Chairman of Stewards.
Mr Loch is a highly experienced and regarded steward who has officiated both in Australia and Internationally.
In announcing and welcoming the appointment, HRSA CEO Mr Ross Neal stated “as well as possessing a wealth of industry knowledge and understanding, Graham also brings with him an impressive skill-set acquired during his tenure in integrity roles, including a strong track record of mentoring and developing Racing Stewards”
In addition to Mr Loch’s appointment HRSA also advises that Cadet Steward Hannah Matthews will join the organisation in late November.
Miss Matthews comes to HRSA with a strong family background in racing and her appointment aligns with the HRSA Board’s strategic direction of developing and promoting youth into the industry.
Hannah will work closely with Graham and focus on the integrity function of the organisation.
