After getting their first Group 1 success together last week, Sydney horsemen Jason Grimson and Cameron Hart will be hoping to replicate the feat in New Zealand tonight.
The pair flew back to the Shaky Isles and will combine their training and driving efforts with Majestic Cruiser in the $NZ100,000 Taylor Mile.
Grimson and Hart came close to winning The Race at Cambridge Raceway in NZ last Thursday when Majestic Cruiser was beaten a head in the feature by local pacer Self Assured.
The pair then flew back to Australia and won the Group 1 Riverina Championship at Wagga with Ideal Dan.
That was their first Group 1 success together with both Grimson and Hart achieving that level of success before separately.
Majestic Cruiser is the third fancy behind the Mark Purdon-trained Self Assured and Spankem in tonight’s Taylor Mile.
