10The Albion Park Harness Racing Club will play host to a strong eight race program this Saturday night.

And the opening race on the program will command plenty of interest with punters with some big guaranteed and jackpot pools assigned to the UBET Jackpots Galore Pace which will be run over the distance of 1660m.

Several in-form pacers are set to clash in the sprint scamper including last start winners Mister Elegant and Galactic Eagle while talented types like Drawing Away, Lady White Water, Packnplenty, Young Desiree, Supaliner, Camelot Bay and Major Command will also be strongly fancied.

Leading reinsman Shane Graham may have given punters a lead opting for the more favourably drawn Packnplenty in preference to Galactic Eagle who has drawn awkwardly off the second-line.

Packnplenty finished a courageous second last week behind Mister Elegant after doing plenty of mid-race work before going down by a narrow margin in a time of 1:54.7.

The ideally drawn Drawing Away looms as a legitimate threat from his coveted inside gate, the Ron Sallis prepared gelding posted recent back to back victories at the track and is likely to be in the firing line early.

Gambling giant UBET are offering several jackpots throughout the program including a guaranteed $50,000 First 4 pool on the opening race.

Plus, a $10,000 trifecta jackpot is also programmed on the opening event which gives punters plenty of options.

A Quadrella jackpot of $21,000 is also slated; the quaddie will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Punters can expect value with the quaddie with most legs boasting strong depth including Race 3, the Sports Today on 4BC Pace, a rematch for classy performers Five Card Draw, Jackaroo Bromac and Joys A Babe.

Last week, Joys A Babe took the prize but must overcome a second-line draw if she is to go back to back.
