The ultra-talented Cornsilk.
The Soho Standardbreds Reduction Sale, to be conducted by Graeme Board & Company, will be held at The Stallion Station, Toolern Vale on Sunday, starting at 12 noon.
The sale comprises 55 lots including broodmares, weanlings, yearlings, two-year-olds and three-year-olds.
Among the broodmare contingent listed for sale are the top racemares Cornsilk, Pelicanrama, Jupiter’s Darling, Lombo Silhouette and Lombo Portrait.
Other mares are in foal to champion stallions such as Art Major, Bettor’s Delight, Mach Three, Sportswriter and Blissfull Hall and the up-and-coming sires Rock N Roll Heaven, Roll With Joe, Shadow Play, Betterthancheddar, Auckland Reactor, Carribean Blaster and Alta Christiano.
There’s 14 weanlings listed – nine colts and five fillies – including progeny by Somebeachsomewhere, Bettor’s Delight, Mach Three, Sportswriter, Rock N Roll Heaven, Roll With Joe, Blissfull Hall, Elsu, Auckland Reactor and Village Jolt.
