Harness Jewels 2018 – Horse update from the RIU
Elle Mac (3yo Diamond) – Blood tests taken on the 22nd have May showed the horse to have a minor virus and to be suffering from muscle tie up. Treatment has commenced for this and the connections advised that further tests will be taken when the horse arrives at its North Island Jewels base.
Dibaba (3yo Diamond) – Co-trainer T Chmiel has advised that blood tests taken showed the horse to be slightly stressed. Mr Chmiel reported the horse had been treated and after a small freshen up had pleased him with her track work this morning.
