Remiss has an ideal opportunity to regain winning form on the six-race card for the Forbury Park Trotting Club at the dual code meeting on the grass at Wingatui on Monday.
Remiss (race 6) is the most tightly assessed horse in the mobile 2200m with a C3 assessment. She has also won on grass. She finished sixth in a much stronger field at Waikouaiti on Thursday.
Maybe Flyin who has gained her five wins on grass has another opportunity in race 4. She ran fifth behind up and coming Idealindiamonds at Oamaru last time.
As Kiwi As and Onedin Onyx are other grass track winners in the field who have been minor placed at their last starts.
Mach Of The Man is a proven performer on grass who should be hard to beat from the pole position in race 5.
Stylish Duke and Dream Big give trainer Murray Tapper a strong hand in race 2.
Stylish Duke has won two of his four starts, both on grass. Dream Big finished second to De Vito at Waikouaiti on Thursday.
Race rival Holdon Toyaspurs was a dashing winner at Waikouaiti on Thursday. Trainer Mick Prendergast will take the reins, replacing Dexter Dunn, who is not attending the meeting.
