4-Queenslanders Grant Dixon and Shane Graham both posted personal best performances to win Australian Harness Racing’s national premierships for the 2014/15 season.

Dixon won his fourth consecutive national training title and trained 282 winners for the season, his best ever result since taking over the premiership honours from his father Bill in the 2010/11.

Graham, the state’s standout performer over the past 12 months steered home 259 winners, the first time he has topped the national premiership.

In a outstanding result for Dixon, he also finished fifth on the national driver’s title with 215 winners.

Dixon had a 62 win margin over his nearest rivals in the trainers’ premiership, with runners up, West Australian’s Greg & Skye Bond training 120 winners.

Shane Tritton (NSW) finished third on the ladder with 219 wins.

Graham had a five win margin over nearest rival top Victorian based,  SA reinsman Greg Sugars (254). Victoria’s Gavin Lang finished third with 229 driving wins.
