THERE will be plenty of prizemoney and bonuses on offer across the two upcoming Canberra race meetings on Tuesday, November 22 and Saturday night December 10 with the highlight the $10,000 Christmas Cup.
Saturday night, December 10 is one of the most social nights on the harness racing calendar in the ACT.
The annual Christmas Club meeting is run in conjunction with the ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support Group, with proceeds from a formal dinner and auction going to this wonderful organisation that supports those in need in the ACT region.
The Canberra Harness Racing Committee have reviewed the upcoming programs for November and December and are excited to announce the following additions for these meetings:
- CO heats into $10,000 Christmas Cup Final
- Christmas Cup Consolation worth $5,500
- 3YO races with $1500 Owners Bonus
- Penalty Free Lady Driver Invitation Race
- $500 Cash Winning Trainer Bonus on selection of races
- $50 Cash Travel Bonus for horses traveling from outside the 50km Canberra Zone
With over $75,000 in prizemoney and bonuses on offer across the two meetings, the Canberra Harness Racing Club encourages trainers and drivers to visit the Nationals Capital over the next few weeks.
Nominations for ALL races at Canberra on Tuesday November 22 will close Thursday 17 November @ 9.30am.
Nominations for ALL races at Canberra Saturday December 10 will close Tuesday 6 December @ 9.30am.
