The Albion Park Harness Racing Club will stage a strong ten race program this weekend.
Fresh from their recent spring carnival which produced outstanding racing for the open class stars, the metropolitan club will feature a number of in-form runners which look certain to continue the recent trend of fast times in the sunshine state.
The state’s best trotter Our Overanova is also engaged and takes on several talented rivals in the final event which will be staged from the mobile.
Gambling giant UBET are offering several jackpots throughout the program including a $40,000 trifecta pool on the opening race.
Historically, the trifecta pool on the opening race with a jackpot amount in this vicinity normally rockets toward the $200,000 mark – meaning punters get big value on their investments.
Last start Redcliffe winner Jackaroo Bromac will command plenty of respect in the opening event with reigning Australian Driver of the Year Shane Graham engaged.
The dual Albion Park winner will start from gate five in the 2138m event.
A $5000 First 4 jackpot is slated for race three.
