Harness Racing Australia (HRA) have advised that effective 1st May 2019, the new national ratings based handicapping system will, for information purposes, be published on Harnessweb. The Purpose of this being to better inform connections of their horse(s) rating prior to the system coming into effect on 1st July 2019.
HRSA will, by the end of May, release programmes for July 2019 so that connections can familiarise themselves with the new handicapping regime before it is implemented.
