After representing the Team Teal initiative as an ambassador young reinswoman Jemma Coney will now switch her focus.
The 21-year-old has been selected to represent New South Wales in the upcoming Australian Female Drivers Championship in Queensland on April 1.
Coney was one of the leading female drivers in her state last season and has already secured nine wins this year.
The Tamworth-based reinswoman has been driving multiple winners at her home track and just a fortnight ago, drove a treble.
Coney heads to Tamworth today with drives in eight of the nine races.
Meanwhile, there are also nine races at Penrith tonight.
In-form reinsman Will Rixon has six drives across the program and is fresh from driving a double at Menangle on Tuesday.
Rixon has driven 29 winners this season making him the third top driver in NSW.
