Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) has developed a new online version of the declaration form, which attendees must complete and sign prior to entering a Victorian racetrack (for the purposes of a race or trial meeting) in line with government contact tracing requirements.
The QR system will become effective from December 1, and all licenced participants and essential staff are encouraged to use the QR Form.
