Two more drivers will qualify for the Michael Brown Planning Strategies Indigenous Drivers Invitation at Tabcorp Park Menangle on Sunday November 1 after the Wagga meeting this Saturday night. Eight indigenous drivers will compete this weekend with the first two drivers past the post joining reinsmen Andrew Lincoln and James Sutton after they secured invitations in a similar event at Dubbo last month.
The $10,000 race on Sunday November 1 will be part of the Fisher’s Ghost Meeting and will be for horses assessed C1 to C3. With four drivers qualifying from the Dubbo and Wagga events, the remaining indigenous drivers will be selected by the NSWHRC.
