Goulburn horseman Brad Hewitt will be hoping his trotter Majestic Trio continues his winning ways at Menangle today.
That will see the 31-year-old reach a significant milestone.
Hewitt heads to the meeting sitting on 299 training wins.
Majestic Trio has added two wins to Hewitt’s record and remains unbeaten with him since racing in Australia.
The former New Zealand squaregaiter went a personal best one minute and 58.2 seconds winning last start at Menangle on February 15.
He is the first trotter Hewitt has trained.
Hewitt began training in the 2009/10 season and started driving two years prior to that.
He has driven 573 winners in his career to date.

Menangle best bet
Race 3: Meticulous Miss (5)
Despite plenty of steps at both appearances to date could have their measure bringing handy trial credentials into this race.
Menangle next best
Race 5: Dancinginthedark (2)
Should be prominent going better than her form suggests against stronger opposition.
