Once again, the Albion Park Harness Racing Club will play host to another strong nine race program this Saturday night.

And the opening race has attracted an even field of a dozen pacers with several in-form runners set to contest the UBET Pace over the distance of 2138m.

Gambling giant UBET is offering several jackpots throughout the program including a guaranteed $50,000 Trifecta pool on the opening race plus a $10,000 jackpot.

This race should produce value because many have excellent claims given their current form lines.

A pair of last start winners are entered, both from the stables of Chantal Turpin, Threo and Amajorjo will attract support despite their wide draws.

Others to be considered strongly include Flaming Hero, Max Richter, The Shady One, Jerrys Jet, Our Hi Jinx, Clarkey, Polished Rocks, Written In Red and Overlap.

Another highlight is race 3 on the program, the ‘Remembering Goldrush Girl’ Pace over the distance of 2138m.

Again, punters should find value with an even field listed but the Grant Dixon stable look well represented with the ideally drawn Reds Jet Star and Deano Robyn both having solid claims.

Goldrush Girl, prepared largely throughout her career by the late Les Chant, proved to be a perennial performer at Albion Park and Harold Park during the mid-1980’s.

A winner of 41 races, the Transport Chip mare has proven to be a broodmare gem producing the likes of Girl From Ipanema, Girl In A Million and Good Lookin Girl among many others.

The $15,540 Kevin & Kay Seymour Rising Stars Championship also looks an extremely open affair following the barrier draw.

Heat winners on Tuesday were Bodhi Tree and With Authority while others to be considered include Chapter One, Riverleigh Rocket, Oceans Predator, Top Trio, Im Norma Jean and Gasmonkey.

The Rising Stars Final is listed as race 2 on the card – the opening leg of the UBET Quadrella.

A Quadrella jackpot of $10,000 is also slated; the quaddie will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 & 5.

UBET have also slated $1000 jackpot trifecta pools on races 3 through to 9.
