Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) advises of changes to the biosecurity protocols in place in Victoria to allow for the safe continuation of harness racing and training during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Changes relate to new orders by Victoria’s Chief Health Officer on red and orange COVID-19 zones within other states or territories.
