Following the State Government announcement that most COVID-19 restrictions will be removed from 11.59pm Friday, April 22, due to the high vaccination rate in Victoria, Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) provides this update.
From 11.59pm Friday, April 22, patrons won’t have to show their vaccination status before entering any venue, and the requirement for staff and patrons of venues to check-in using the Service Victoria app will end, with operators not required to keep any attendance record or maintain a COVID-19 check-in marshal.
