Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) advises that the participant bubble, which separates industry participants from the general public at race meetings, will remain in place until Friday, November 26.
HRV advised in October that it would be a condition of entry to the racing operations areas on raceday that all persons will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from November 26.
