First-starter Arctic Cat will attract plenty of interest when he races at the Warragul trots this Monday, regardless of how he performs.

The two-year-old colt is coloured cream, certainly a rarity among racehorses.

His unusual colouring comes from dad’s side, his sire A Bit Of Bling being coloured skewbald.

Arctic Cat is trained by Tasmanian horseman Bradley Walters, currently campaigning a team of horses in Victoria.

Arctic Cat starts from barrier seven in Monday’s race, timed to begin at 2:40pm.

The meeting has nine races due to strong entries, with racing starting at 12:44pm.

It is the final race meeting of the current season for the Warragul club, as the 2016/2017 Victorian season ends on August 31.
