Although I am one of APG’s newest staff members, only joining the team at the end of last year as an official member. I have been helping APG for more than 8 years and have attended yearling sales since as long as I can remember. However, the Weight in Gold 3 Year Old Sale, which will be run from today at 2pm the 29th of June to this Friday 1st of July has to be one of the most exciting sales I have seen.

Some of the most magnificently bred horses will finally get their chance to shine in their new homes with (hopefully) some of the most elite trainers in the country and that just seems fitting.

When I sat down with my Co-Worker, and our leading bloodstock adviser Dean today he went on to say, “Yes Stephanie, these well-handled and cared for 3Yo’s are really going to give people an opportunity to buy horses at levels that have never been seen before. To think that a horses by Bettors Delight, Somebeachsomewhere, Always B Miki and Majestic Son (just to name a few)  are going to be on the market at just $1000 dollars.

It’s to be noted that these are some of the best families in the Southern Hemisphere , this offering  is clearly breaking new ground for sales of horses online in this country”.

Dean continued, “To have a Bettors Delight’s out of an Art Major, sister of Lazarus, which sold for $100,000 and a Bettors Delight out of Libertybelle Midfrew winner of $640,497  that sold for $130,000, to be on the market in this sale from the first thousand dollar bid, is showing just one of the  reasons why people need to come out and support this sale!”

I would like to thank all the wonderful owners that have already come forward to support the “2022 WEIGHT IN GOLD 3YO SALE” set down for today. Your pre-sale registrations are greatly appreciated and I’m here to help out where I can at
