Betfair Australia in consultation with Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) have announced a drop in Betfair commission rates on all Victorian trots events in June, as part of a promotion for Victorian trots product.
For the month of June, Betfair customers will enjoy a market base rate of 3% on all Victorian trots markets, a significant cut from the standard 6% rate.
It will position the Victorian trots product as the cheapest exchange product across all Australian racing and aims to stimulate wagering engagement with the trots and ultimately grow returns to the Victorian industry.
