Formerly trained by Rickie Alchin throughout his career in Australia, Crunch Time has been scratched from Saturday night’s Group 3 Kevin Newman FFA at Menangle after the $248,225 earner was sold to new connections.
The race favourite for the feature is the Belinda McCarthy-trained Alta Orlando who has drawn barrier one with driver Jack Callaghan at the reins.
During the Callaghan equalled the lead in the NSW Drivers’ Premiership with Cameron Hart with the latter kicking back to regain the lead.
