Andy Gath says Majestuoso’s recent work on the training track has been of the highest order and he’s ready to take him into battle first-up this Saturday night without the benefit of a trial.
Gath had his star squaregaiter nominated for a hit-out at Melton on Tuesday, but decided against it before the Group 3 Lenin Trotters Free For All at Tabcorp Park Melton.
The Long Forest trainer told Trots Talk that the six-time Group 1 winner was in “really good order” ahead of his fresh assignment this weekend.
