Yirribee Stud which was established in 1985 by Rod Woodhouse and the late Ian Walsh. It was officially opened in 1986. Yirribee now celebrates over 30 years in the breeding industry. Headed up by Rod Woodhouse and his partner, Dianne Sutherland, Yirribee Stud has entrusted the team at APG to handle a very large consignment of well-bred yearlings entered for this Sunday’s neds – APG Sydney Sale.

Yearlings from a plethora of top flight racemares will anchor the 21-strong Yirribee Pacing Stud draft to go under  at Warwick Farm on Sunday, March 6.

Miss Trickin Lombo, the winner of $230,312 and a multiple Group 1 placegetter, has a colt by the North America Cup winner Fear The Dragon as Lot 566, while former 2YO of the Year and five-time Group 1 winning juvenile Lombo La Fe Fe is represented by a Warrawee Needy colt as Lot 530.

Ocean Diva (1:51.1), the dual Breeders Challenge runner-up and the winner of $253,380, has her first foal as Lot 574, a Fear The Dragon colt, and the former top Canadian mare Warrawee Flare 1:50.6 ($609,019) is represented by a colt from the first crop of superstar pacer Lazarus.
