The WomenCan Team Teal campaign reached $15,000 in fundraising during the week just in New South Wales alone.
The Australasian campaign, which runs until March 15, raises awareness and much needed funds for ovarian cancer research.
All reinswoman throughout the state are part of the initiative wearing teal coloured driving pants during this time.
One of the state’s ambassadors KerryAnn Morris trained and drove Agent Maori to victory at Menangle on Tuesday that saw $600 donated to the cause.
Morris has two starters engaged at Penrith and both horses will be driven by her husband Robert Morris.
There are only three lady drivers at Penrith tonight with Hannah Rixon, Phoebe Betts and Tiarn Sutton all flying the flag for Team Teal.
