Maryborough Harness Racing Club and Maryborough Rotary Club have joined forces for Monday’s #SayNo2FamilyViolence race day.
All eight races on Monday have been named to promote awareness with titles such as the “Respect Your Partner Pace” and the “Real Equality” Trot.
“We realise that family violence occurs in all walks of life and we are committed to spreading the Rotary Club message throughout our industry,” said Maryborough secretary/manager Les Chapman.
“We invite all trots enthusiasts to attend the meeting to support the Maryborough Rotary Club in their fight against family violence.
“We’d also like to get the conversation going on social media using the #SayNo2FamilyViolence hashtag.”
Monday’s meeting is free admission at Maryborough.
