Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) advises that any New South Wales licensed persons who currently reside outside ‘border communities’ and/or have attended race meetings outside border communities since 1 January will not be accepted at Victorian race meetings. This will be effective immediately and will remain in existence until and inclusive of 15 January 2021. NSW horses currently accepted at Victorian race meetings who can’t fulfill their engagements due to this requirement will be scratched penalty free.
