Legendary WA reinsman Gary Hall Jnr took out the 2019 edition of the Decron Horse Care – Noel Smith Memorial – Horsham Invitation Drivers Championship on Monday afternoon.
It was Hall’s second time as competitor but the third occasion he had accepted the Horsham club’s invitation to make the long, west to east haul.
