The forthcoming Soho Standardbreds Reduction Sale, to be conducted by Graeme Board & Company at Toolern Vale on Sunday, July 26, has received a tremendous boost with several recent important winners related to stock listed in the catalogue.
Ideal Tyson, one of this season’s leading Western Australian juveniles and the winner of eight of his nine appearances so far, has a very close relative in Lot 9.
Soho Chelsea, a Breeders Crown heat winner at Launceston last Sunday, has a Rock N Roll Heaven weanling half-brother as Lot 52, while the Vicbred heat winner All Eyes On Us has a two-year-old half-brother, Soho Manhattan, as Lot 18.
The Vicbred Final placegetter Niki No No’s classic-winning half-brother Soho Valencia is being offered as a stallion as Lot 27, while the dam of the dual Newcastle victor Soynwasabi will go up as Lot 5.
Other recent Victorian provincial winners in Soho Tokyo (Lots 33 and 53), Sahara Bedouin (Lot 38), Ricimer ((Lot 1) and Valens (Lot 40) have close relative at the sale.
