Another great program of racing is scheduled for Albion Park this Saturday night.
The first of nine races scheduled to commence at 4.57pm, gates will open at 4pm and as always, its free entry.
Gambling giant UBET are offering several jackpots throughout the program including a guaranteed $50,000 First 4 pool on the opening race plus a $10,000 jackpot.
And the opening race has attracted an even field of 12 pacers with several in-form runners set to contest the UBET Pace over the 1660m.
In what shapes as an extremely open affair, punters will find value but the ideally drawn Western Blaze will command plenty of attention after landing the inside gate.
Prepared by leading horseman Jack Butler, the talented sit/sprint pacer is tipped to gain a perfect trip from the inside gate and then prove dangerous via the Egmont Park Stud Sprintlane at the finish.
Western Blaze has been a runner-up at two of his past three starts, in his most recent effort he finished a close-up 4th behind Monarkmac after starting from an awkward draw.
Last start winner My Mach Scooter could prove hard to beat again after drawing handily in gate four; the Mach Three gelding will be driven by leading driver Shane Graham.
The highlight on the program is race 7, the WCF Team Teal Female Drivers Invitational which will be staged over the 1660m.
Over the past six weeks, female drivers throughout the country have sported teal pants with winning drivers raising vital funds for ovarian cancer research.
Female drivers have driven over 250 winners during this period.
As it stands, Queensland female drivers have raised in excess of $30,000 – Saturday night is the final night of the campaign.
A guaranteed Quadrella pool of $20,000 is also programmed; the quaddie will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 & 5.
Again, the quaddie legs look open with several even races assembled meaning punters will get great value.
Last week, the UBET quaddie dividend paid in excess of $3600.
UBET have also slated $3000 jackpot trifecta pools on races 3, 4, 5 & 6.
