Sad news coming out of West Australia that Inter Dominion runner-up Lovers Delight has been retired after going amiss again.
The son of Bettors Delight has been plagued with injuries throughout his career.
Lovers Delight won an Inters heat and finished a game second to Lennytheshark after leading in the $1.3 million final over 2536m on December 13.
The gelding raced by Paul Poli and Mark Alison was trained by Stephen Reed
