The continued growth of Harness Racing Victoria’s Pryde’s Easifeed Australasian Premier Trotting Sale (APTS) has been an unqualified good news story in the trots.
Since the inaugural sale held at Tabcorp Park Melton in 2013, 128 trotting yearlings have been sold via the APTS as the Pryde’s Easifeed sponsored event enters its fifth year.
Endsino ($184,773 in stakes to date from 11 wins and seven placings out of 34 starts), Cruisin Around ($164,482 – 11 wins and seven placings from 23 starts), Big Jack Hammer ($72,802 – four wins and six placings from 21 starts), Kyvalley Kyrie ($61,951 – two wins and three placings from 11 starts) and Hush Your Majesty ($61,720 – six wins and 18 placings from 46 starts) are the sale graduates’ most lucrative success stories, but across the board the stats are phenomenal.
An impressive 42 horses from the 128 yearlings sold (32.81%) have registered at least one win so far on the racetrack, while a whopping 30 horses from the 128 yearlings sold (23.4%) have earned over $20,000 in stakemoney. Further, 12 (or 9.375%) of all yearlings sold have earned over $50,000. And the oldest crop of graduates is only five – so even the original class of 2013 still have plenty of stake earning opportunities ahead.
HRV is excited to announce today the 2017 Pryde’s Easifeed APTS entries are online for viewing. Access to the entries is via www.austrottingsale.com.au
The 2017 Pryde’s Easifeed APTS will be held at the Inglis sales complex, Oaklands Junction, and will showcase 60 trotting yearlings on Sunday, April 2.
Catalogues will be going to print on Monday, January 9, and will be available later this month.
