8The Albion Park Harness Racing Club will play host to a strong nine race program this Saturday night.

Big fields featuring several in-form pacers highlight the program which should have punters finding value throughout the night while the open class event will create plenty of interest with a tactical battle looming in the small but even line-up.

A field of six will take place in the 1660m sprint scamper and the Shannon Price stable boast well credentialed pacers Ultimate Art and Caesars Folly who take on the Vicki Rasmussen trio of Goulburn Guy, Jackaroo Bromac and Mind The Wire while noted speedster Lebron is the other runner.

The Rio Meteor Sulky Pace is race 8 on the program.

Gambling giant UBET are offering a guaranteed $50,000 First 4 on the opening race while a $10,000 jackpot is also slated for the event.

And the opening event has drawn together a competitive field featuring several in-from runners in the 1660m mobile start event.

The ideally drawn Fearless Leader will create plenty of interest following his eye-catching efforts of late and his inside draw will have him in the firing line from the start.

Prepared by Matthew Purcell, Fearless Leader hit the line strongly last week when third behind Long Term Fella in excellent closing sectionals.

Fearless Leader will be handled by concession reinsman Brendan Barnes.

Other runners that will come under strong consideration include classy mares Ella Michelle and Wandary Splash while Lifesofine, Chattanoogachoochoo and Camelot Bay among others will have strong support.

A Quadrella jackpot of $25,000 is also programmed; the quaddie will be staged on races 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Again, the quaddie legs look open with several even races assembled meaning punters will get great value.
