This morning the 34 nominees across thoroughbred, harness and greyhound codes for the 2019 WA Racing Industry Hall of Fame were announced.
There are 14 nominees for harness as set out below:
Horses: Jack Morris, Norms Daughter, Royal Force, The Falcon Strike
Trainer/Drivers: Bernie Cushing, Gary Hall Jnr, Jim Hand, Bob Pollock, Andy Sheahan and Charlie Thomas
Associates: Rob Bovell, John Hunt, Mick Lombardo and Alan Parker
Five of the 14 named harness nominees will be inducted to the WA Racing Hall of Fame at a Black Tie function at Crown Perth on Thursday 28th February.
Over the next ten weeks, starting tomorrow, this site will feature profiles on each of the 14 harness nominees in the build-up to the induction ceremony.
