DEVENDRA the runner up to My Hard Copy in the WA Pacing Cup has injured a foreleg and has been sent to the paddock by Barry Rattray.
The son Bettors Delight won two heats of the 2016 Perth Inter-dominion before finishing last after a torrid run in the final behind Lenny The Shark.
DEVENDRA has won 23 races from 65 starts and over $395k in stake-money, was on another Inters campaign.
The injury is likely to keep him out of racing for at least 12 months.
DEVENDRA is out of ill-fated mare Queen Carey who died while in foal to American Ideal, she has had three live foals all multiple winners, the other two are Benediction 19 wins and Estevoa 9 wins to date.
